How does the "Estimated Length of Interview" work?

At the bottom of your Survey Menu, the Estimated Length of Interview (LOI) estimates how many minutes it will take for respondents to complete your survey and updates as you build your survey so you always know how long your survey will take.

This is an important number as it determines the cost per complete when capturing responses in Consumer Panel Channels. There are 4 LOI cost brackets:

  1. Micro: 0-2 min ($2.00AUD/ $1.35USD/ £1.00GBP) + Plan Base Fee p/complete
  2. Mid: 2-5 min ($3.20AUD/ $2.15USD/ £1.60GBP) + Plan Base Fee p/complete
  3. Long: 5-10 min ($4.40AUD/ $3.00USD/ £2.20GBP) + Plan Base Fee p/complete
  4. Max: 10 min+ ($5.40AUD/ $3.60USD/ £2.70GBP) + Plan Base Fee p/complete
