Setting targets in the grid.

Each cell in a quota grid holds your target, with the achieved count underneath. Hover any cell to see how many remain.

Reading a cell

  • Empty means no limit: the cell counts but never screens.
  • 0 means closed: matching respondents are screened out immediately.
  • Amber means the count has passed the target.
  • Totals with a + (for example 267+) include cells that have no limit.
  • Counts are a snapshot from when the page loaded. Reload for the latest before acting on a number.

Typing targets

Click any cell and type. The grid works like a spreadsheet: the arrow keys move between cells, Enter moves down, Tab moves across.

Pasting from Excel

  1. Copy the block of numbers in Excel, matching the shape of your grid.
  2. Click the cell where the top-left number belongs.
  3. Paste. The block fills across and down from that cell.

A non-number first row or column is treated as headers and dropped, so a block copied with its labels pastes cleanly. Other non-numbers are skipped, numbers that fall outside the grid are reported, and the targets already in place are not disturbed. Undo paste on the quota reverses the most recent paste, until you make another edit.

Wide grids

When a grid is wider than your screen, a marker under the table (7 more columns) reminds you there is more to scroll to. The Total column is always in view.

Save

Targets do nothing until saved. After saving, cells at target start screening on every channel the plan applies to, provided Quota enforcement is on.
