Deleting responses.

With the open ends verified, pick your line and act. A common approach: sort by risk score and delete everyone above 60, then sweep whatever medium-tier cases the evidence condemns. Remember the design intent: a finished survey should have 0% high risk remaining.

The steps

  1. Delete in the Data Quality tool. Your verdicts are recorded as the human verdict and feed the survey's grade. No respondent is ever deleted automatically, and never over a single flag: deletion is always your call, made on the composite score and the evidence.
  2. Copy the deleted response IDs. One click from the Respondent Risk tab.
  3. Paste into Glow. Go to Capture > Responses > Batch delete and paste the IDs to remove them from the live dataset.

Changed your mind?

Verdicts in the Data Quality tool are reversible: change the human verdict and the score, tier and grade update. Anything already batch-deleted in Glow follows Glow's own rules, so finalise your verdicts in the tool first.
