How can I add a Hyperlink in the Description Field?

You can add a Hyperlink in the Description field of your question by using this syntax.

Note that target="_blank" opens the link in a new tab or window.

It should look like this in Description field in your Question Editor:

When respondents click on the link, the link will open in a new tab so that it's easy to switch back and forth between the survey tab and the link tab and answer questions in your survey about the content in the link.

Note that you cannot add a hyperlink to the Question field or in Sections, only in Description fields in the Question Editor.
