How can I Remove a Channel?

If your Channel has not collected any responses and is not live, then you can use "Remove this channel". To remove a channel:

  • Go to your channel with no responses
  • Make sure the channel is not live.
  • Scroll down to Advanced Options
  • Scroll to the bottom of Advanced Option
  • Click Remove this channel.

  • Click Okay

However, if your Channel has collected responses, then it can never be deleted in order to retain the integrity of your survey data.
