How can I join an organisation or switch to another account in Glow?

You must have received an invitation in your email from another Glow subscriber to join their account.

Once you receive your email invite, in your email, click Join Organisation (orange CTA)

A: If you don't already have a Glow account, then Sign Up and enter your first name, last name, country, email address, password, accept the terms of use, and click Sign Up.

B: HOWEVER, if you already have a Glow account, then click Log In and enter your email address and password and click Login.

Once you sign up or sign in, you will land in your personal Glow account and will be given an option to Join the organisation that invited you as a new user in their account (orange CTA) OR click Cancel.

If you click Cancel, you will not join the Organisation that invited you and will simply stay in your private Glow account to do as you please! To get back to this Join screen, you can simply go back to your email invitation at any time and click Join Organisation again.

If you click Join, you will be added as a new user to that organisation 🎉 but are given yet another option to either Switch to the organisation that invited you now (orange CTA) OR to switch Later.

If you click Switch, you will go to your Organisation's Account!🎉 To switch back to your personal account, click on the Account Icon in the top right corner of your Dashboard and click Switch Organisation, then Select Organisation > select your personal account!

If you click Later, you will simply stay in your personal Glow account to do as you please but to switch later to the organisation that invited you, click on your Account Icon in the top right corner of your Dashboard, click Switch Organisation, then Select Organsation > select your organisation's account!

You can be invited to or create as many accounts as you like in Glow.
