What is "Find & Replace"?

The find and replace feature in your survey menu lets you find any word in your survey and replaces all or selected instances of that word. E.g. the word "Brand" was found 22 times in this survey - i.e. in the survey settings, at multiple places in Q4 and Q5, etc. and we can replace any instance of this word with any other word we like, e.g. "Products". We can replace all, some, or none of these 22 instance by ticking/unticking them.

This feature is great for templated surveys that you want to use again and again but just need to find and replace a few words to match the new survey topic or client.

• Go to your Survey Menu and click Find & Replace or press ctrl + f on your keyboard (to use the browser's .
• Input the word you want to find in the search box then click Find
• You will see all instances of that word in your survey.
• Select/unselect the results that you want to replace/not replace.
• Input a new word in the replace field then click Replace.
